Shipping
- We offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of ₹1550 and above.
• All orders are shipped via reliable courier services and/or Speed Post.
• NeoGreens is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, Speed Post, or factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery within the estimated timeframe mentioned in your order confirmation.
• In cases where delivery is not possible due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to poor courier services in your area, inaccessibility of delivery location, or force majeure events, we will notify you, cancel your order, and process a full refund.
Cancellations
- All cancellations after order processing will be subject to a 10% deduction as transactional fees.
• For cancellations after dispatch, kindly refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we will cancel your order and initiate the refund.
• Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5–7 business days.
Returns Policy
- All shipments go through two levels of packaging and inspection before dispatch, making the likelihood of damage very small.
• We offer a replacement guarantee for products ordered online only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
• If eligible for a replacement, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@neogreens.com or +91 90109 00043.
• Before confirming an exchange, you must provide proof of the defect in the form of photos and videos of:
– The package and its contents
– The shipping label on the box
– The invoice slip inside the box
• If the returned product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
• Refunds will be credited to the same account within 5–7 business days.
Currency Transactions
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Processing Orders
- Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
• For queries outside business hours, email us at info@neogreens.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
- NeoGreens does not accept returns or initiate refunds unless:
– The product has been damaged in transit
– The product has physical defects
– An incorrect product has been shipped
• To process a return, you must email us at info@neogreens.com with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within 48 hours of receipt.
• Returns will not be accepted if:
– The product has been used
– The seal has been broken
– The serial/batch number has been tampered with
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and the claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.
• If the return is not eligible, the request will be rejected, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
• Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original source within 7 working days of approval.
