Orders received before 3:00 PM on a business day will generally be processed and prepared for dispatch on the same business day, subject to order verification and product availability.
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of successful order confirmation and payment.
In case of unexpected operational delays, high order volumes, or other exceptional circumstances, dispatch may take longer. Customers will be informed wherever applicable.
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s delivery location, courier partner availability, and serviceability of the PIN code.
Delivery to remote or non-metro locations may take additional time.
Once the order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer through the registered email address and/or mobile number, wherever tracking services are available.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, courier delays, or other force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details while placing an order. NeoGreens will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact NeoGreens Customer Support promptly and provide relevant photographs or videos of the package to enable us to review the issue.
