Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: If your order is cancelled before processing begins, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If your order is cancelled after processing but before dispatch, a 10% deduction will be applied as transactional fees.
• To cancel your order, contact us at info@neogreens.com or Whats app +91 90109 00043. Our team will respond within 24 working hours.
• For cancellations after dispatch, please inform us of the reason and refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will reflect in the same account from which the payment was made within 5–7 business days.
Replacements for Damages
We ensure the highest quality standards when packing each order. However, in rare cases of damage during shipping or manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement or refund.
- Contact us at info@neogreens.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Include clear photos and videos of:
– The outer package and shipping label
– The invoice slip inside the box
– The damaged product (jar/pouch)
- Eligible conditions for replacements:
– Water damage to packaging
– Tampered or opened seal of the jar/pouch
– Broken jar or torn pouch
If eligible, we will send a replacement or initiate a refund.
Replacements for Order Mismatch / Missing Items
While we carefully check every order before shipping, mistakes can happen.
- If you receive wrong items or missing products, contact us at info@neogreens.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos and videos of:
– The outer package and shipping label
– The invoice slip inside the box
– The products received
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns
Due to food safety and hygiene protocols, NeoGreens does not accept returns for products delivered without damages, defects, or errors.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The product was damaged in transit
- There is a physical defect
- The wrong product was shipped
Refund Policy
To request a refund, email info@neogreens.com within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
- Refunds will not be processed if:
– The product has been used
– The seal has been broken
– The serial/batch number has been tampered with
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.
- Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, card, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after approval.
